Marou Faiseurs de Chocolat was among the first “bean to bar” concerns in Asia and one of the few in the world to make chocolate at origin. A very fine, grounded chocolate with delicate hints of spices, from small farms of Lam Dong province at the foot of the Central Highlands of the Annamitic range.
