Since 1978, Loch Fyne, in the rugged highlands has been dedicated to providing Scotland's finest seafood. Using Global G.A.P approved farms that surround the shores of Loch Fyne itself the company ensures responsible farming practices and ensure no use of antibiotics or growth promoters.
Full control of the process is maintained by having the smoke-house within metres of the loch. Assuring the highest farming standards from farms on Loch Fyne itself and other selected loch's in Scotland their team hand cures the salmon with sea salt and brown sugar and then smoke over retired whisky casks for incredible flavour and quality.
Loch Fyne is proud to follow artisanal techniques passed down through generations and use time honoured cooking methods to provide the best quality possible, this is why they are winners of the best seafood establishment at the Food Awards Scotland 2017.
