Camembert Pasteurized (125G) - Champignon
Camembert Champignon is a cheese named after the town of Camembert in the Normandy region of France. Similar to Brie Champignon, Camembert is also a slightly soft cheese with a white Penicilium crust. However, the smell of Camembert's peel is stronger than that of Brie's, if the smell of Brie's peel is very faint, it is difficult to smell, then the ammonia smell from Camembert's shell (depending on the manufacturer) can hit the nose like eating wasabi mustard. Camembert's taste is slightly saltier than Brie's and somewhat not as sharp as Brie's.
