Camembert Champignon is a cheese named after the town of Camembert in the Normandy region of France. Similar to Brie Champignon, Camembert is also a slightly soft cheese with a white Penicilium crust. However, the smell of Camembert's peel is stronger than that of Brie's, if the smell of Brie's peel is very faint, it is difficult to smell, then the ammonia smell from Camembert's shell (depending on the manufacturer) can hit the nose like eating wasabi mustard. Camembert's taste is slightly saltier than Brie's and somewhat not as sharp as Brie's.

Description
For over 100 years, the traditional brand, Käserei Champignon has been true to original, pure cheese flavor.

Champignon Camembert cheese can be eaten straight away, but tastes better when sipped with a glass of wine. In addition, you can combine Champignon Camembert with sweet and salty pickles, or chutney jam (a kind of salty jam, cooked with sweet fruit with onions, spices, ... in a South Asian style).
