Strawberry tart is made up of all butter shortcrust pastry and a delicate, almond-flavoured frangipane cream. The top of the tart is covered with strawberry halves, all arranged by hand in circles.

Straight from the freezer, remove all packaging, even mould, then place it on a serving plate.
Leave the tart to defrost at 4°C for about 8 hours.
