Marou Faiseurs de Chocolat was among the first “bean to bar” concerns in Asia and one of the few in the world to make chocolate at origin. Smooth dark chocolate infused with the tang of kumquats - the bright little citrus fruit that makes your mouth water. The kumquats in this bar grow in lush orchards in the Tien Giang province of Vietnam, close to where this fine cacao is harvested.
