In 1998, seasoned explorer and founder of Terre Exotique, Erwann de Kerros, came across a plantation Penja pepper plantation while on his travels in Cameroon, this started a journey of discovery leading to find some of the best salts, peppers, spices and herbs from around the world.
Every step of the process, from picking to packaging bears witness to the company's knowledge to ensure you a wide panoply of flavours for endless culinary inspiration.
Translating as Exotic Land, Terre Exotique has sourced some of the most gastronomically creative ingredients in the world to add incredible flavour to any dish.
