Preparation
Ingredients:
500ml of Bechamel
350g tomato sauce
400g of ham
300g Mozzarella
140g lasagna dough
1. Cook the lasagna dough in boiling water.
2. Mix the grated Mozzarella with the ham.
3. Add a pinch of salt.
4. Spread the lasagna in a dish and cover it with tomato sauce.
5. Add two spoons of Mozzarella and ham to the center of the dough and roll up.
6. Place the cannelloni in a Pyrex dish and add the béchamel and tomato sauce.
7. Bake in an oven at 200°C for 30 minutes.
